According to PV Tech, as they come to survey the best 10 module manufacturers in 2019, do not expect major changes but more on Top 10 reshuffling. We should be seeing the same set of companies in this year’s ranking. Like 2018, the best 5 are probably going to be all Chinese companies, with Jinko’s #1 status is still for certain.

Colville suggests that driving multi-GW status in 2019 will owe an extensive part to being advanced in the business while instituting adaptability in the utilization of in-house and third-party suppliers. They are having the right balance of cell/module limit inside and outside China, and continually offering the ideal performing product to each key worldwide market at ASPs that work likewise for key customers.

Before, companies that ventured up module shipments to lead worldwide rankings regularly did this at the expense of in-house cell R&D. Accordingly, for those hoping to see which of the main 10 module manufacturers are additionally cell production pioneers in 2019 and past (Colville, 2019).
